have in the store, so please stop in to appreciate the selection and
quality of alpaca products we offer.
Alpaca
Socks...our best selling item in the store...and one that EVERYONE
loves. You can buy a pair for yourself, but be prepared to share it
with anyone else in your household. Once people try them on, it's hard
to wear anything else on your foot! Alpaca socks are known for their
warmth and softness (no more itchy feet with wool socks), but they also
are great for the active person that wants to wick moisture away from
their foot.
Socks
vary in price by weight: dress socks are $15, mid-weight are $18, and
heavy-weight are $22-$25. We have a great selection of color, style,
and weights.
Keeping your hands warm can come in many different styles with our selection of gloves, mittens, glittens (glove and mitten combo), fingerless gloves, and wrist warmers. Prices range from $28-$65.
Alpaca coats, wraps, vests, and jackets are the ultimate in comfort,and style. Treat yourself to a full length alpaca coat...how many of your friends have one of those?...or show off your sense of style with a beautiful cape, short jacket, or shawl.
Of course we have gifts for the kids...and the kids at heart. Fall in love with the softness of our stuffed animals, select an alpaca ornament as a keepsake, or find the perfect "novelty" hat for the little one on your shopping list.
Alpaca/Sari Silk BlendCommunity Supported Agriculture (CSA) is one way to support local growers and producers, while insuring you have a preferred supply of their product. Our concept of a CSA will be the exclusive availability of a special alpaca yarn to our CSA shareholders. The 2012 Highland Alpaca Yarn Club will be our alpaca/sari silk blend. Shredded silk fabric remnants in every color is mixed win with our homegrown alpaca fiber. The result is a stunning yarn with the softness of alpaca and the exotic interest of silk.

- Worsted weight 3 ply yarn
- No guarantee on color or quantity. Anticipated production is at least 6 skeins/sharholder. Entire production of alpaca/sari silk yarn will be divided among the shareholders
- Shipping costs are extra
- Cost is $100 per share
